7-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• All technical documentation, manuals, and accessories must be included.
• Specially fabricated or custom-ordered equipment (e.g., custom blast rooms) are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality control team, we will process your refund. Refunds can be issued via the original payment method or as credit for future purchases. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
